Bayabas Invites All its High School Graduates to Grand Homecoming

Several school name changes and a few location moves after, Bayabas High Schools is holding its Grand Alumni Homecoming as part of the municipality's 50th founding celebration on November this year (2011).

Dubbed as the grandest of all the foundation celebrations, Bayabas -perhaps the smallest of the municipalities, in Surigao del Sur- prides itself with the success stories of its alumni.

Always a close-knit community, with majority of the populace related by blood, the town has started preparing for the grand event many months in advance with the residents, many of whom are alumni of Bayabas High Schools themselves, all geared up to welcome back their classmates who have migrated to other places, not just in the country but all over the globe, with a grand homecoming.
